Sounds like a pretty simple path problem. Did you put the map files (mapname.bsp) in the svencoop_addons/maps folder? The different filetypes go in different folders, in exactly the same structure as the ../svencoop/ directory.

The best place to get advice is to join the SC discord at discord.gg/svencoop and post in #general.
