Description

Some time before or after the events of Gauss Lab, you have to clean up the barnacle complex from pests.
Destroy all aliens and complete the course to finish the map.

This is an unreleased map, brother to gausslab
Objective and map ending was edited in to be playable.

• Made the map playable by adding an ending
• Fixed some textures, looking at Gauss Lab as a base
• Fixed the path tracks and the func trains positions
• Fixed sparks not sparking
• Fixed sounds on doors and buttons
• Repositioned button glow
• Added objective texts
• Removed the insane amount of barneys, scientists and weapons laying around the spawn area. These seemed to be for testing or to be replaced or moved later. I moved some of them to other areas, but removed most of them
• Added a CFG
• Added one sound for immersion (scientist telling you the barnacle is ready through comms. Its just the default gordon sample is ready but without the gordon part)
• Generated .res file
• repacked as zip

A good idea, sadly abandoned!

I think this map had huge potential, so it’s a real shame that it was abandoned. Still, I’m glad we can at least enjoy part of it thanks to the community, which managed to make it playable!
