There are over 1578 maps for Sven Co-op! Here are a few:

This map is old. So a bug exists in the second map where players can pickup the keycards with "E" and not trigger the key pickup event because they have to pick it up by running over the item.
It is fixed by running over where the item was of course.
This means the mapper used a trigger area instead of an actual item with a trigger. Perhaps it didnt exist back then.
Plus, there are places you can jump to where you are not supposed to be thanks to the new ledgegrab function. But nothing gamebreaking
The first issue should be a quick Ripent fix, just replace the keycard model & trigger with item_security (set to use the same keycard model) so that even if the card can be picked up with 'use' it will still trigger the target properly.
The second issue can be addressed by setting mp_disable_autoclimb to 1 in the map's cfg, but so long as you can't cheat or break the map using autoclimb, you might as well leave it enabled since it has a legitimate purpose.
I think being able to pick things up by 'use' is relatively new. There are many previously frustrating instances of badly placed batteries on shelves, items which can now be collected with 'use' even when you can't actually touch them. Or maybe I just missed that feature before. It potentially enables cheating though, in the same fashion as using buttons through walls & doors.
me fix file blackhawk.zip
update file bh_*.cfg
create file bh_*.res
Fixed again by me. All bugs squashed. Keys dont get players stuck anymore. Keycards work again just fine. And the first map properly changes level to the second map.
