I'm pretty sure this was uploaded a long time ago and then deleted by someone, so I removed the featured tag. There also were no big updates this year so I removed the 2019 tag too.
"Chillplace v2" I think is a better name than "Chillplace 2" since this is an update to the original. Technically the v1337 version is the second map. I don't want to make this more confusing than it already is.

I made a minor update, yeah, but idk if that means the 2019 tag should be added. It's a grey area.
For me it's weird to see old maps in the timeline for 2019. It looks like 7 new maps were released this year, but most of them are just updates to maps released years ago.
it is definitely a judgement call, but the year tags are pretty much intended to represent major updates, like if a map receives a visual or gameplay overhaul, significant new areas added, etc. I suppose the initial port from another mod could also count as a new “release”. Less significant adjustments or bug fixes can be listed in the change log, but probably don’t warrant a new tag.
