Description
This 2 map set is loosely based on the movie "I am Legend" with Will Smith. You and some friends find yourselves in an abandon parking lot. You just heard an announcement over the emergency broadcast system: The city is being quarantined due to the release of a virus by a research team. The virus transforms humans into bloodthirsty creatures. These creatures can no longer be exposed to light. The power to the entire city has been shut off by someone or something. You must find the warehouse then get to the maintenance room to turn the valves back on. Then get to the power station to turn the power back on to relight the city. Head for the subway and make your way along the rails to the south end of the city.
Hints:
- Check every door, some may have good things behind them, some may have, hmm, not-so-good-things, hehe.
- Answer the damn phone!
- It will take 2 people to get in the power station yard.
- When you see a pod of the creatures, RUN LIKE HELL!
- Once the power is back on get the creatures to chase you into the street lights.

There's a missing model in the res file, (models\dark_seekers\items\hgibs.mdl), Please fix it for the other players, that might cause server crash!

Missing models should not crash. Do you know when the crash happens? Is it when joining the map or when the object comes into the player's VIS or other?
That model downloaded for me without being in the RES file.
Hmm weird, the first time that I play this map crashed when someone go to STOKED'S DELI, and see the gibs on the floor, how can be downloaded if isn't in the .res file?

If you have a crash dump file from this event you should send it to the SC team so they can fix whatever caused it.
The download has been updated with the missing hgibs model and a few other fixes.
Play this if you love insanely large hordes of high-HP, high-speed, mega-damage, infintely-respawning pale hairless zombies. Oh, also fighting them (and super-rapey gonome freak things) in near dark. Plus millions of respawning headcrab-bug creatures as well. And super-grunts…
Add to this the joy of fighting various insta-kill hordes with several tricky, obscure object hunts, and this map pair is really something… 'special'.
Otherwise, (if you are sane) stay clear!
It was very hard work for 2 players, would suit 10 better - coop is essential for survival. Transitions were jarring and weird, and the ending was very sudden.
Still, it was a worthy challenge and should be played once at least.
Well you know.. you can modify map's skl.cfg file to match damage for two players.. Just sayin'..
Yes you can, but you shouldn't have to mess about with cfgs just to be able to play the thing. That's like saying you can just use godmode..
