Description

Mission: Conquer the castle and kill the King

DO NOT ATTACK DIRECTLY - TOO DANGEROUS

1. Conquer the outposts in the desert.
2. Use the mortar to breach the castle walls.
3. Enter castle through the breach
4. Destroy the explosive crates to destroy the
sniper towers
5. Open castle gates
6. Conquer castle
7. Kill the King

This map uses detailtextures. Write "r_detailtextures 1" in console!

..Please note that the Anti-rush plugin breaks the ending of this map (final flag won't raise, end boss doesn't spawn) which is extremely annoying by the time you get to the end only to find out. Please disable the plugin for this map, there is already intrinsic anti-rush in that rushers get slaughtered (which is always nice).

Hard, but ultimately satisfying map. A lot is down to luck - if the tower snipers don't spot you, it's a breeze - if they do you get constantly hammered and there's very little you can do except die constantly.

I like how this map starts off mildly hectic as players gain ground and surround the castle, then chaos ensues when players storm the castle. Nice architecture!

Running around eliminating spawning enemies is a chore, though.
