The map is a grunt fest where they respawn in the air, but they are not endless.

GENERIC FIXES

Used the original maps as a base to ripent the .ent through import, bypassing the version mismatch errors in the maps ripented by newbspguy's current bug that the ripents of other people are having due to copy pasting brushes. Checked for errors and the maps work fine without version mismatch on servers.
Changed some env_messages to game_text
Changed env_model to item_generic
Changed monstermakers into squadmakers, with proper translated spawnflags
Fixed squadmakers without spawnflags or missing spawnflags, to have proper spawnflags
Changed info_player_start to info_player_deathmatch
Changed env_beam's negative StrikeTime value, to positive values (this could've caused crashes due to overflows)
Changed env_xenmakers that were spawning monsters, into squadmakers with proper external xenmaker entity
Replaced some of the Wayne's models that were identical to default (hwgrunt and hwgrunt_ld) with some other of the default custom hwgrunt models
Removed Wayne's missing soundlist files references in maps, and .gmr and .gsr as well
Gave many alien monsters spawned through squadmakers, a properly colored xenmaker effect
Replaced item_security and brush based item collectibles, with item_inventory
Used Wayne's ripents as a base. His guide arrows and wrong way signs have been replaced with more immersive things like lights, props, breakables with hud displaynames, enemies, etc… Except in maps that have a theme where it would be plausible to have direction signs.
Enemies with humongous amounts of health have been toned down a lot
Maps with low ammo at start have now extra weapons and ammo at spawn
game_text messages have been tweaked to be less intrusive, away from the crosshair, indicating the character name that speaks if intended, and sometimes giving them proper color that indicates ally or enemy.
Typos in game_texts and displaynames have been fixed. Usage of "\n" (new lines) in displaynames has been abolished
Fixed typos on entities making them not recognizable by the game
Fixed netnames when intended to be used as displaynames on old maps. Now you can see those npcs true names!
Regenerated .res files
Repacked with missing files into a .zip using resguy

The wad file has been renamed to fix any potential issues with this version

Removed grunt spam from all squadmakers. Now there are no more respawning grunts in the air and map is tolerable

Removed scale 100 on env shooters
According to the original author this map is about "shooting sum commies". Also the secret area contains a lot of team fortress references. So now, the enemies are team fortress commies. At least many of them are. And kept some of the custom models by Wayne, who seems to have had the same idea.
Made the brush machineguns be controlled by npcs. Those npcs are now in prisoner mode. Killing the npcs should stop the guns.
Gave grunts behind bushes monsterclips so they stay behind them. Used model 43 that was unused at spawn as a trigger multiple for this
Made all wayne's backpacks fall to the ground instead of being floating
Added more spice with custom tfc grunt soundlists
