For the crash to happen. You'll be swimming through a large upward-grade cave/tunnel. Once you reach the last 'health checkpoint' do NOT go straight (if you go straight past that and reach the surface of the water, the server will hard lock). There are two ways you can go to the last section of the map. Turn right at the last 'health checkpoint' to go on the other side of the last part of the map. You _should_ be able to complete the map's objective.
