First part of a series that was never finished. Short but enjoyable map.

• Map no longer tries to changelevel to a non-existant map, game ends properly
• Fixed the floating box func_train, now players can progress without using hookmod or any other cheat (previously there was no way to progress)
• Added an intro text for the grunts
• Gave friendly medic a name to suit the other grunt's names and immortalize the mapper as well
• Fixed several teleport sprites missing, and their additive rendermodes
• Fixed angles on several teleport destinations and spawnpoints
• Changed the dead otis model to otto
• Fixed several trigger cameras not freezing players
• Deleted unnecessary spam from an unnecessary camera follow near the ending
• Gave ending a proper fade

Shinkinchi's edit and fix:

• Set the portal sprite to pass through
• Made it end at game_end instead of Change Level
• Fixed func_train

Fixed with a quick ripent. The map can now be used in any server. No longer tries to change to a map that doesn't exist. Plus other stuff more was fixed, like the box that prevented progress in the map.
