There are over 1635 maps for Sven Co-op! Here are a few:

I can't recommend this map enough, not least of all because it's so short and will barely take any of your time to experience.
This is a Lord of the Rings-themed map released created a time when Sven maps were starting to get custom assets and LOTR movie fans were feeling the need for more after the third book's movie.
Therefore, you should understand that my evaluation may be tinted heavily by nostalgia.
It's the only medieval battlements-type combat sequence in a Sven map that I can think of, and I wish there were more.
There are a good number of nice little touches in the map to improve the gameplay experience. Shocktroopers, which are the "orc archers," are all wounded so they don't move around so fast. This makes fighting them and the melee enemies at the same time much more doable.
Melee enemies do a lot of damage, and while most of the action takes place on the battlements, you have spaces to retreat to if necessary, so an attentive player will feel the pressure but be able to avoid dying.
The crossbow is your ranged weapon in the map, and it's one of the very few maps I actually enjoy using this thing. For one, you don't have any better options in ranged combat. However, you're also never fighting hitscanners, you're given enough ammo for the weapon, and the slowish enemies are easier to hit.
Finally, even though it's fantasy-themed, the flashlight isn't turned off "for realism."

A good defence map featuring custom ye olde weapons. You lose initially, but make a fantastic charge to take back the fort.
