Description
Welcome to HIVEPUSH community merge edition. The goal is to push everything and advance in different ways. The hivehand mechanics don't work anymore but we have replaced the hivehand with a CROSSBOW HIVEHAND so this one now works by pushing the boxes with the HORNETBOLTS.
The community merge was made with lost/missing maps that were recovered by the community to give you the full experience of HIVEPUSH, featuring:
Map 1 - Hivepush: Ride your platforms across the water and dodge the deadly laz0r wallz
Map 2 - Hivepush 2: Push the green baskets into position, shoot the target in the air to activate the BASKET DETH PILLAR and destroy the baskets this way. With enough baskets and enemies killed you will unlock the GRENADES and disable the FORCEFIELD in the little holes so you can destroy the 3 hidden targets and advance
Map 3 - Oceanpush: Ride the platforms across the water but beware of the OCEANPUSHERS oxysharks that will maul you and push your platforms to death! You can also discover the secret but that will only give you weapons and more death
Map 4 - Push Push Unfun: Annoying! You have to yeet the boxes into position to proceed. Mechanics nightmare ensues! Try shooting the boxes while they are in the air to give them an extra push but the hornets will be affected by the airflow as well! You won't be able to aim perfectly. The second puzzle needs you to place at least one box in the moving platform, shoot the targets to get the platform moving. Destroy the platform boss first!
Map 5 - ARGH! Pushers!: Oh noes!11!1oneoneeleven Time for final pushdown! Push that huge slab, you have to return the slab! But the curse is ongoing, they will try to claim your souls!

This is the old description of this map. These mechanics do not work anymore today in sven 5.26 and all of this is completely forfeit and untrue:
"The goal is to get to the other-side without dieing or without another player pushing you off your boat :D
On land primary fire pulls the boats toward you and secondary pushes them away. On the boats it should be the same, primary fire is backward and secondary is forward. In order to properly navigate on the boats, you have to be moving your player in the direction you want to go AND using the hivehand at the same time.
Different boats have slightly different buoyancy and friction, so try different ones to see which ones respond best for you.
The boats, or func_pushables, are not exactly designed for this type of gameplay and the more lag you have the harder it will be to control your boat and counter the movements of it. There is no game_end trigger so the map doesn't have a "end time", I advise playing the map with an admin so they can change the map when you get bored!"

I tried this map on my own, it was fun, a very nice and unique idea for the usage of pushables and hives. It's bad the map is soo short, hope there will be a challenging version, with obstacles and other things. But well maybe for some players it is already challenging to get on and controll the "boats".
