There are over 1618 maps for Sven Co-op! Here are a few:

When I launch this map offline it works but when I launch it online it instantly goes to some cutscene about the TV and then changes map. Not sure what is going on with that.
Either you have a broken version of the map, or you have some plugins on the server which are inteferring with the map flow. The ending cutscene should only be triggering when you bring the required item back to spawn.
This map name is fairly close to, and might confuse people with, They Hunger. Could you pick another name?
