I would like to discuss a few points regarding your map. For example, in "World 1," it would be better to reduce the health of the breakable tiles, as it takes too long to break each one, making it tedious and excessively lengthy due to the very low damage of the crowbar.
Now, about "World 2," there are two things to mention. First, the platforms (like in the rest of the areas) tend to trap you when you jump on them, which can cause you to be thrown far from the platform when trying to get unstuck. Second, when you collect the Star, it teleports you back to the beginning without activating the trigger, making it seem as if you didn't actually collect the Star. This issue occurs in all the "Worlds," where collecting a Star does not work properly and sends you back to the start.
Regarding "World 3," the issue here is with the boxes; their HP should be slightly reduced.
As for "World 5," there's an area where you jump on ropes, and on the third rope, you can grab the air (I mean there seems to be an invisible rope between them), which is problematic. In "World 6," it feels very simple to pass through. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not.
Overall, most of the "Worlds" have the serious issue of being boring, particularly in relation to the difficulty level of the map.
I agree with most of your points. It is an incredibly well designed map but it isn't particularly fun. its definitely not something to try to play solo. It seems like a challenging map to play with a large team. I found the map on GameBanana and told some people so it would get ported onto here. Maybe someone can ripent it to make it a bit more casual friendly.
The only section that I actually beat on my server was the section with the breakable path, and thats because I used a buy menu. Trying to do that solo with just a crowbar would be maddening.
To be honest, not even with 32 players could you make the map less boring, but well, that's my opinion—don't take it too seriously ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Map is truely nothing much problem.
I checked world 5 case rope func_ladder located in the middle of floor. I think that ladder was base to set start then origin or someone forgot to delete that.
World 2 platform is goldsrc issue.
World 3 box is just 250hp. I dont think it is many.
Crossbow explo damage is not low you can break that with 10 ~ 15 bolt.
About collecting star that actually work proper and teleport back to correct no issue there.
All of star is connected to multiscore for world 7 door.
This map is for "fun" and "enjoy" concept of mario map.it is not solo challenge mapping.
If you just think this kind of map as normal killing monster walkthrouh something, dont shoot mapper to adjust for solo player.
Basically, Sven Co-op is "Co-op" no need to every map consider & adjust to "solo player"
Overall, this mario map used classical texture for world mapping. It really fresh and nostelgia to old gamer.
