I played the v1b version and also ran into problems with the secret elevator in the bathroom. There were three of us, and I ended up getting crushed by the elevator. Besides that one, I found two or three other elevators that can crush players, including one that rotates.
There was also a confusing section where we entered a room through the vent in the floor, but it seemed like an invisible wall was blocking the way. Eventually, one of the players figured out that the shelf above could be broken, which allowed us to continue.
P.S: The mapper must really love Van Gogh!
In the cutscene where Gordon reaches the secret elevator in the bathroom, when he goes down it goes back up and leaves Gordon standing there doing nothing. Is this just happening to me?
