Not sure if we are missing something, but couldn't even get of the first room?
Maybe the map broke again in v5.16?
Haven't tested it, but maybe triggers are broken… again. IIRC the first room or spawn room is a bit of a chore. There's an invisible wrench that you pick up (the kick weapon) and zombies break the wooden barricades. You have to break "the lock" on the brown door, that has no visible brush whatsoever, so start banging the door until it breaks.
The game can be complete without ever stepping outside so it's entirely pointless is it? After we fought Birkin and Mr.X in the sewer. The radio immediately direct us to the second and third floor of the main building, then on the third floor we fight the final boss for the last time and the game ends.
So I sacrfice another playthrough to get to the timed lock train gate after the 3 minutes countdown starts. (near the electric incinerator room or go outside, solved the subway gate puzzle and walk along the rail to get to the same place) After go past said timed gate i found Sewer Master key. Where does this key can be use? As I already opened every doors that isn't labeled "will not be open"
At the sewer part of this map, the key to the Break Room is missing on Sven Co-op 5.02.
If there was anyway to edit the map, either removing the break room door since it is in the same section as the key, or finding a way to fix the key would probably make the map completable in present versions of sven co-op as there was no more crash errors so far.
I second this. Only one damn key was needed.

When I see many zombies , it start lagging and sometimes crash me.
The zombie's model shouldn't too complex.
Many server also crash on "seeing too many complex zombies".
Can you reduce the zombie model?

Rather than edit the download the possible fix for the 512 model errors may be fixed by http://scmapdb.com/local--files/map:resident-evil:outbreak/reo1update.zip
This has not yet been fully tested so should be treated as BETA
