You can literally go and check Half-Life Creations Forums, Gamebanana.com and moddb.com (addons section) and look for models for Sven Co-op, Half-Life, Opposing Force and Blue Shift. You will find many of them. Also others were taken from zikshadow's remods you can find on Moddb.com, and Trusty Crowbar packs.

while playing the map I noticed that some enemy hwgrunts reappear with a tricky appearance of an hgrunt with an m16. do you think you can fix that?

Fixed. No it wasn't implemented in the end or the map became too short
