This set of maps is interesting and made me thinking in STALKER and METRO. It changes from what you use to play in Sven-coop. Only that it's a good point.
The bad points are first the objectives, not very clear and logical so the player has to take around very carefully to understand what he has to do. Knowing about how the Sven-coop players are it's certainly a very bad point. Personally I like looking around and figure out what have I to do, but in this case it's a bit extreme
Secondly, the other bad point is the repetitiveness, same enemies, random enemy spawn that I don't like in general. It's a shame because in the second map we have snake enemies that are well designed, so why don't we have more random enemies ? the soldiers could have been changed for russian skins for example at least.
Despite that it's a good set of maps and the level design is good in general.

Some of objectives not so clear.
I mean, after activating "Valve" player don't know about "Gymnazia".
In "sc_russia2" i stuck near door with keypad, but i can reach rooms behind her just thru vents.
By the way, it's really funny to play in these maps. I like old-good ~Smith~ russian style. Also i like "Paranoia" easter egg!
I didnt bother playing through it. Running through the first map would drop my fps to 20-30.
The map looks cool tho.

I think this comes with a lot of custom models that are not used at all :S

This map is pretty cool and big, but a minus - I can't understand where to go. I can't find "detsadik", "gymnazia", etc.
And so… the Map is really cool. Shows the essence of Russia = D

Looks like map is broken actually.
objectives in sc_russia1 are like this:
- Go out the spawn building and kill grunts (this opens the door to detsadik)
- Go to detsadik and kill grunts (detsadik is the kids school)
- Go to underground and turn on valve (valve is bugged and triggers at every turn instead of at the end, but looks like it works now. Opens a door near detsadik)
- Go to gimnazia (high school, just next to kids school)
- Go to transformators (this opens a door)
- Go to forest (this ends the map)
sc_russia2
- Find the big fan and enter underground through the vent.
- Fight turrets or deactivate them if you find the switch (its a power box in a main area)
- Find hidden letters that each have a number for the code you need for a locked door in a bunker. Either find those or find the secret entrance through a vent.
- once inside the area with turrets (or not if deactivated) after the locked code door, take elevator and you are in some place with "dolls" in display of custom models from the map that are not used anywhere else.
- Get to the "planetarium" (place with a spinning changing sky screen) and wait for the second spiral ladder to unlock, then take that new elevator down that ladder.
- A circuit board will unlock upon exiting the elevator, with a little puzzle with 3 jumpers that you have to switch on or off, and then press enter. (the order is off, off, on from left to right. Then press enter)
- reach the subway and map changes
sc_russia3 (the only map I could pass)
- find a note in the bunker that says what to do
- go outside through the stairs where many grunts are inside the building
- use the switch that is very hidden near the blue electrical boxes
- go back to bunker and use the radio again
- something explodes
- go back outside and find a door labeled VIP at the edge of the map
- profit (yay you win!)
So far, its a good architecture map, but it is clearly unfinished. Looking at the custom models, lack of enemies and broken objectives this was clearly planned as some kind of stalker like map series. Could've been good.
Someone with time can fix it, but it would be a pain really.
Also, if you want to play russian stalker style map just go play Restriction map series
Nice walk-through you made there! So, from what you're saying, the only things that really need fixing are the wheel valve and the jumper puzzle?
Yeah, pretty much that. Plus it would need some translation and a few hints to help players find the stuff.
