• Gave all doors some crushing damage
• Some of the doors now have better spawnflags (removed toggles, and one way doors)
• This all hopefully stops npcs from blocking doors

• Turned all sound files into .ogg, saving tons of filesize
• Reorganized all files into new folders (it was very chaotic before)
• Merged external mdl files
• Fixed fast headcrab model, adding a death animation and making use of the hl2 animated version (the best one so far)
• Fixed soundlists for many npcs
• Added missing files for many things, like models, sprites, sounds
• Gave weapons with sven arms color remap textures
• Removed duplicate skybox, models, sounds and sprites. Only one copy of each is now used, and the default files were deleted, making use of the defaults when needed
• Removed default keyvalues and unused keyvalues from entities in the maps
• Added more and fixed spawnpoints
• Edited lots of entities to make use of the changes so far (models, soundlists, etc)
• Fixed some file paths resulting in missing models, sounds or sprites
• Enhanced some entities so they work better or look better (position, angles, classname, and other properties)
• Improved the maps logic in some places to prevent any problems with map progression
• Updated scripts and added them to the cfg files. This also meant updating weapon entities in the maps with the new classnames
• Improved cfg files so they make use of everything so far
• Some models or soundlists were replaced with improved versions (e.g. hl2 battery now has glows)
• Merged external model sequences and textures
• Fixed many rendermode additive textures to texture mode so they don't glow in the dark (for glass, water, and things like that)
• Many sprites were fixed to have proper vp_type according to necessity (mostly upright parallel for fire sprites)
• Extracted embedded textures into a new wad file to save filesize with shared maps in the long run
• Updated weapon scripts with latest version
• Removed embedded textures
• Generated new .res files
• Packed into a zip for servers

Really enjoyable map

I really enjoyed the map. It has a style similar to "Black Haze", but with a greater variety of monsters and feels much less repetitive, even though it's a horde map.

I only ran into one issue. Early in the map, on the ground floor, one of the small monsters (the babycrab equivalent) blocked the door to the room on the right from the outside. Since I was playing solo, I got trapped because the door seems to open only outward. I managed to get out using an admin tool to move objects.

If possible (and if it's practical or fits the mapper's vision), it might be a good idea to let the door open in both directions, or simply make the glass breakable so players can't get permanently stuck.
