Description

A cartoon style map with colorful textures, wild scenery, and exciting puzzles.

The Slimy-Sweaty-Evil-Giant-Mega-Monster-Boss-From-Outer-Space (called The Mother Spleen™) has built an Evil Giant Cloning Killing machine. Originally you wanted to make holidays next to the domain of the Slimy-Sweaty-Evil-Giant-Mega-Monster-Boss (The travel brochure praised its healthy green environment), but now it looks as if your fighting skill is needed. Just by coincidence you are also a member of a local Marvel-Super-Heroes club, so you and your heroic friends feel obligated to go on a suicide trip into the fortress of the Slimy-Sweaty-Evil-Giant-Mega-Monster-Boss From-Outer-Space to turn off the Evil Giant Cloning Killing machine, to destroy the Slimy-Sweaty-Evil-Giant-Mega-Monster-Boss, to defend the rights of humanity, to get away from your annoying wives and to avert all the rest of the usual Armageddon stuff.

• Some brand new sections across all 3 maps!
• Garg plaza: Door could be opened from inside by monster_barney -> set monsters can't flag.
• Mine Area: Mine hounds were stuck in their cave tunnel -> used func_clip.
• Fixed a ladder being invisible from one side by the boat.
• Flower Area: Platforms start off too low -> changed lip value.
• Flower Area: Walking into ladder brush freezes game -> added trigger_hurt that kills anything near the ladder.
• Replaced the rat visible through the dock telescope with "Mr. Buttocks".
• Mother Spleen Area: Changed Mother Spleen from monster_gonome to monster_generic to get rid of the model warnings.

• Fixed blowtato platforms instantly springing back when reaching the wheel turn limit.

• Lowered lip on the first yellow glass door to prevent players getting stuck.
• Narrowed yellow glass door to prevent brushes overlapping.
• Added clip brush to prevent first soldier sets crushed by the lifts thier on.
• Disabled crush damage on the Gargantua's lift to prevent instant kill exploit.
• Increased upward push presure in the tube after the Mario stage.
• Removed visible null textures around the water inside the duck huge.
• Added clip brush to prevent falling to death down the duck's neck.

No changes were made to toonrun2 or toonrun3 in this revision.

• 2 new locations: a harbour with a bar and a scene with three Giant carnivorous plants
• Improved sky box
• SC 3.0 weapons and monsters

• env_render bugs finally fixed

• The map is now split up into three BSP files.
• Increasing frame rates by decreasing static monster placement

• The Toonrun custom Sounds are now saved in your svencoop/sound/toonrun directory. This means you can delete the old smb.wav and piano.wav in your svencoop/sound directory.
• The map is now split up into two BSP files. Just run the first one and when you are through it, run the second one.
• Added four more locations including a real end boss (The Mother Spleen™).
• Heavy Bugfixing (BTW Thanks for the feedback on www.svencoop.com)
• Increasing frame rates by decreasing level detail (in some areas)
