It is probably the "Office" portion of the lost single-player Half-Life: Survivor mod, converted for Sven Co-op.

The last Female Assassin

In the final area there is a female assassin into the box. I think it's a bug since you can't break the box to kill her!

I put the tag secret just because HUD tell us "… secret door was opened" and it's possible finish the map without this part (with coop or on a server with jump skills). But, I do not consider it a secret!
