There are over 1578 maps for Sven Co-op! Here are a few:

No health, armor, ammo, or weapons. You can pick up a sniper rifle off an enemy. Only 5 ammo though. There are snipers at the end of a long tunnel in the dark. That part is annoying. Forced fall damage with no health to undo the damage.
To be fair to the mapper, he included weapons in the cfg:
weapon_crowbar
weapon_shotgun
weapon_glock
weapon_357
ammo_buckshot 50
However there's no starting armour which makes for tough going. I think you must have played it on a server which only had the map and not the config file, plus back in 2002 the Magnum/357 still usefully had zoom.. (RIP magnum zoom)
Having said that, massn snipers in the dark is a d*ck move at any time..
