Originally these maps were a NSFW series called niggers and dicks. Now fixed and merged with Tubers, which was another very similar series but without the nsfw part (most of it), and made it a longer and fuller tubes experience.
The first map couldn't be censored fully because a lot of the members are part of the map geometry. Therefore if those couldn't be censored then removing the huge member you ride would be the same as nothing, so it was left alone for lols

The game's renderer is unable to cope with the 200k epolies and 6k wpolies right at spawn, destroying performance. Can't recommend it for this reason alone
theres a trigger outside of the map where you have to collect the painkillers in order to progress, that is unaccessible and they do nothing. and even then for some reason the 56 collectibles trigger didnt work, the hearts didnt do anything and the shark displacer green room doesnt get triggered so youre trapped there
