Description

Find a way into the building (try the doors first). Once inside clear the entire building of all enemy forces.

There are keys lying around that will unlock more of the building. If you find a key hit “use” to get it (it won't disappear, but you'll hear a sound).

Additional info

All weapons do realistic damage. It is easy to kill enemies, however it is also easy to be killed.
Included in the NIPPER Map Pack.

GENERIC FIXES

Used the original maps as a base to ripent the .ent through import, bypassing the version mismatch errors in the maps ripented by newbspguy's current bug that the ripents of other people are having due to copy pasting brushes. Checked for errors and the maps work fine without version mismatch on servers.
Changed some env_messages to game_text
Changed env_model to item_generic
Changed monstermakers into squadmakers, with proper translated spawnflags
Fixed squadmakers without spawnflags or missing spawnflags, to have proper spawnflags
Changed info_player_start to info_player_deathmatch
Changed env_beam's negative StrikeTime value, to positive values (this could've caused crashes due to overflows)
Changed env_xenmakers that were spawning monsters, into squadmakers with proper external xenmaker entity
Replaced some of the Wayne's models that were identical to default (hwgrunt and hwgrunt_ld) with some other of the default custom hwgrunt models
Removed Wayne's missing soundlist files references in maps, and .gmr and .gsr as well
Gave many alien monsters spawned through squadmakers, a properly colored xenmaker effect
Replaced item_security and brush based item collectibles, with item_inventory
Used Wayne's ripents as a base. His guide arrows and wrong way signs have been replaced with more immersive things like lights, props, breakables with hud displaynames, enemies, etc… Except in maps that have a theme where it would be plausible to have direction signs.
Enemies with humongous amounts of health have been toned down a lot
Maps with low ammo at start have now extra weapons and ammo at spawn
game_text messages have been tweaked to be less intrusive, away from the crosshair, indicating the character name that speaks if intended, and sometimes giving them proper color that indicates ally or enemy.
Typos in game_texts and displaynames have been fixed. Usage of "\n" (new lines) in displaynames has been abolished
Fixed typos on entities making them not recognizable by the game
Fixed netnames when intended to be used as displaynames on old maps. Now you can see those npcs true names!
Regenerated .res files
Repacked with missing files into a .zip using resguy

Replaced all keys with item_inventory
Added sounds to doors
Used Wayne's guide hints, but modified them to make them less obvious, and more immersive
Added crushing damage to all rotating doors
The NIPPER signature is now a secret (shoot the light)
Added ninja names to the npcs that didn't have displaynames
Changed all human grunts to male assassins for more ninja
Changed the barnabus names from Guard to USP Ninjas, for even more ninjas
To make it twice as ninja, changed those barnabuses to female assassins! Now truly USP ninjas at last
Gave default files custom models to snipers and respawning ninjas
Moved the custom model from the map into its own folder in models/nm_uspninjas/ , previously the model was just in the models/ folder
Added glow hints to the keys, at least until you first pick them up
Gave the dumpster grunts a sound effect for when they come out of the dumpsters
Reduced camera times from 5 to 3 seconds and made players invulnerable but able to move, so there will not be any ambushes and deaths while you open a door (except if the doors crush you that is)
