You have to fall into a shark tank, and as Stixsmaster points out, the escape ladders don't work. It's probably because they're not ladders, they seem to be just textures.
Same deal again just afterwards, on a long descent ladder - info for mapper, texture =/= func_ladder! Great if you have noclip, terminal if not.
Unless I'm missing something, this is super-fail.
YAY, I am working in a fixed version and with less shit in the map, so dont worry in bug reporting ;)
After you run past the big momma that you first see and try to jump down in the water…if you try to use the ladders to get outta the water they seem to fail at working…
