SPACE VIKING
EPISODE I

As you are in hyperspace, your ship and crew are attacked by Space Pirates! It seems they are after the cargo you are carrying, and you can't let them have it. Fight through a large spaceship, kill enemy intruders and reclaim what was stolen from you.

PURPOSE: TRADING FOR NEEDED SUPPLIES
CARGO: DILITHIUM CRYSTALS, RAW ORES
SPACE VIKING STATUS: MINOR REPAIRS NEEDED

THE SHIP HAS JUST TOUCHED DOWN ON THE PLANET SURFACE AND THE SHIPS NAVIGATOR YORGASH (ETHEREAL CLASS LIFE FORM) HAS AWAKENED YOU FROM CRYO STASIS. ALTHOUGH MOST CARGO WAS LOST DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS STILL POSSIBLE TO COME OUT AHEAD GIVEN FAVORABLE TRADING PROCEEDINGS. THE HULL HAS SEVERAL RUPTURES AND THE ENGINEERING SECTION HAS A SEVERE COOLANT LEAK WHICH ALSO REQUIRE FIXING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Hint: Cargo bay is completed by getting past aliens, not shooting them.
3-4 players recommended, but it's possible alone.

EPISODE II: SPACE PIRATES

Ranked #46 in the CreepsWorld Top50 maps list.
The original version of the map is included in the CreepsWorld Map Pack.
As of 2004 the map author stated he hadn't much free time to fix it and hasn't appeared in the forums since, therefore the map technically is abandoned. The map supposedly works on earlier versions of the mod. A fix was made by sixcentgeorge to allow the map to run (with most custom models removed).
As of December 2008, with the release of Sven Co-op 4.0 and the update of all map packs to correct any errors in any maps that prevented them to run in 4.0, Space Viking 2 now runs flawlessly and a working version is available in the CreepsWorld Map Pack.
