Pros:

Cons:

No ammo drops, not that you'd need them.
Zombies are all slow and easily avoidable, especially with ladders
Hallways are long with no clear direction to take
Puzzle elements are hidden beyond a normal player's reason
Mandatory co-op (book in library hidden behind a taller bookshelf)
The entire map is quiet other than your own footsteps, arguably the scariest part
