Map review of Lost Maze

I found this map very well made and well designed. There’s great use of textures, clear text to help players understand the objectives, and it’s big enough to explore without becoming boring. I also liked the division of bosses for each stage. Another cool thing is that I thought two elevated areas required more than one player, but then I realized there are boxes and other objects to help you reach them!
One thing I think could be improved is the C4 respawn. Since the mission is to destroy statues and you need explosives for that, sometimes a “funny guy” gets there before you, grabs the C4, and uses it for anything except the statues.
As for the hidden area, I spent quite some time figuring out how to access it, and it was really fun once I finally got in and realized how simple it actually was.
Pros:
- Reference to the movie The Shining
- Fun puzzles
- Clear objectives
Cons:
- C4 could have a respawn
