The primary map image (shown below) uses the first image in the files list (alphanumeric order). You can change this by renaming any of the images with "0" in front to bring it to the top. It will be used as the map's thumbnail throughout site (and page background, unless overridden).

Description

This map was made in pieces and put together over time by the mapping community at the Sven Co-op Forums. All pieces of this map were made in one hour or less. It was intended to be a small project between friends to see how the map would end up, but once it was posted on the forums it became massive overnight.

Additional info

• This map will most certainly crash if you are using cheats or are playing on a two player server.
• Nothing else can be added to this map. There are too many entities.
• This map is massive.
• There's a giant penis in it, which might make it inappropriate for minors.
• The original thread for the project can be found at http://www.svencoop.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33803&page=1&pp=25.
• See the ragemap series listing for other instalments.

Changelog

Community edits:

+ Community edit v1b - Feb 15, 2026 (by Garompa)

• Pitdoor keycard wasn't triggering correctly softlocking the map: FIXED
• All uplant Monster generics are now item generic props
• Some uplant models were duplicated in the same exact position and rotation. They were swiftly eliminated
• The spawns during the bomb area would break because the bomb objective could be ignored by breaking a vent. Now the bomb is required to break the vent as well
• GMan text speech would get cut so now it won't because they are all in different positions and channels

+ Community edit v1 - Dec 25, 2024 (by Garompa and Wayne)

• Used the original maps as a base to ripent the .ent through import, bypassing the version mismatch errors in the maps ripented by newbspguy's current bug that the ripents of other people are having due to copy pasting brushes. Checked for errors and the maps work fine without version mismatch on servers.
• Changed some env_messages to game_text
• Changed env_model to item_generic
• Changed monstermakers into squadmakers, with proper translated spawnflags
• Fixed squadmakers without spawnflags or missing spawnflags, to have proper spawnflags
• Changed info_player_start to info_player_deathmatch
• Changed env_beam's negative StrikeTime value, to positive values (this could've caused crashes due to overflows)
• Changed env_xenmakers that were spawning monsters, into squadmakers with proper external xenmaker entity
• Replaced some of the Wayne's models that were identical to default (hwgrunt and hwgrunt_ld) with some other of the default custom hwgrunt models
• Removed Wayne's missing soundlist files references in maps, and .gmr and .gsr as well
• Gave many alien monsters spawned through squadmakers, a properly colored xenmaker effect
• Replaced item_security and brush based item collectibles, with item_inventory
• Used Wayne's ripents as a base. His guide arrows and wrong way signs have been replaced with more immersive things like lights, props, breakables with hud displaynames, enemies, etc… Except in maps that have a theme where it would be plausible to have direction signs.
• Enemies with humongous amounts of health have been toned down a lot
• Maps with low ammo at start have now extra weapons and ammo at spawn
• game_text messages have been tweaked to be less intrusive, away from the crosshair, indicating the character name that speaks if intended, and sometimes giving them proper color that indicates ally or enemy.
• Typos in game_texts and displaynames have been fixed. Usage of "\n" (new lines) in displaynames has been abolished
• Fixed typos on entities making them not recognizable by the game
• Fixed netnames when intended to be used as displaynames on old maps. Now you can see those npcs true names!
• Regenerated .res files
• Repacked with missing files into a .zip using resguy

Pretty impossible at the end

Adambean 20 Jan 2019 15:19

Not sure what changed, but the last 2 bits are pretty impossible without an admin creating equipment, as there is literally no resupply at all, with 20 soldier zombies to fight then 20 gonomes with a baby garg.

Needs a modest ripent there, particularly as that G-Man bit with the green waterfall strips your equipment.

Thanks,

Adam Reece.
